Basement Notes: The theater room and a large family room with a pool table and kitchenette are in the basement as well as bedrooms numbers 5, 6, 7, and 8. There is also a separate 3/4 bath with a shower (no tub) accessible from the family room. The basement bedrooms # 5 and 6 share a bathroom that has one tub/shower in the middle and a separate vanity room on either side of the bathtub room. Bedrooms # 7 and 8 do not have an adjoining bathroom. They share with 5 and 6 or use the 3/4 bath.
Master Suite Notes: The master suite includes four rooms and a bathroom. There is no door between the main room and the room with the fireplace and the sleeper sofa. There are closing doors on the other room with the sleeper sofa and the last room. The last room in the suite is empty. We could put roll-away beds (two at most) in there, or an air mattress, or a bunch of sleeping bags for kids, or any other arrangement you can come up with. The drawback to the master suite is that there are no closing doors for the tub and shower area of the bathroom.
Additional Notes: There is also a laundry room with one washing machine and one dryer. There
is a storage room with 10 roll away beds. The two large couches in the basement family area also fold out to make two queen size beds.
