My copy of Harry Anderson's "Isaiah Writes of Christ's Birth" has hung outside our home during the month of December for 25 years.
I usually take two pictures. One with the flass and one without. I can never decide which one I like better. The painting gets washed out in one, though. Anyway, the outside lights are done. The first time I "finished" the painting it was hard to see from the street, so I put "make-up" on it. I keep thinking that one of these years I'll need to redo it. I'm amazed at how it's lasted on 1/4 inch plywood. :-)
