We had an Christmas Open House for my birthday this year. Why fight the fact that I'm born near Christmas. :-) No one was supposed to realize it was my birthday. :-)

I made four kinds of cookies: chocolate-date, peppermint-almond slices, cinnamon chips-almond slices, and peanut butter chips-chocolate chip.

I really wanted stroganoff, so I made stroganoff for the party.

It was well received and I was able to enjoy it for a few days afterwards.
