From the Workman's - December 1998
This has been an exciting year for the Workmans. Larissa’s brother Ben came to stay with us last July and is staying until next July or so when he receives his mission call. Sam has been working at SuperTarget as a manager over Food Avenue. He is working his way up the corporate ladder and will hopefully advance to “Executive” level next year. Larissa is running a day care in her home and thoroughly enjoys the little ones that she tends. She has also recently aquired a position in the Bakery at Target as well.
We recently celebrated our first anniversary. As many of you remember, we were married Nov. 29th in 1997. Things are going wonderful for us. :-) We are very happy and are trying to expand our family limits. We will let all of you know when this happens. :-)
Last October we had the wonderful pleasure of accompanying some of our close friends to the hospital where they had a lovely baby girl, Anastasia. That was a fun experience for us. Larissa was able to see her third live birth. Hopefully she will be more prepared when she begins to go through birth for our children.
We also acquired an electric piano and Sam has been enjoying all of the neat ways that he can record his songs on it. He also loves having the piano available when inspiration strikes and he wants to write a song. Ben loves to tink around on it as well, just to see how many weird musical concoctions he can come up with. :-)
Next year we hope to add to our
family and get out of debt!!!!! Who knows what other exciting things
next year will bring....
