This boat is the "older brother" to Iosepa. All the logs in both came from Fiji. The boat seen here has never been in the water before, and so to correct protocol it was "launched" the day before Iosepa.	President Shumway (in yellow) explained  to the press about the boats and the launch.
The logs were placed on the sand to make it easier to get the boat Iosepa  into the water.
