#4 ◱ Step 1: Place a front and back mat on the table and line them up precisely and tape 2-3 pieces of tape to make a hinge. Step 2: Place the picture in the correct position, and check it before taping it down on the edges.

#5 ◱ Step 3: Double check your work by shutting the top mat, and then turn it over and attach the info card on the back. (see picture 3).

#6 ◱ Step 4: Slide the mats and pictures into a plastic sleeve so that the closure is on the back.

#7 ◱ Step 5: Slide the packaged mats into a mailing envelope.

#8 ◱ Slide the mailing envelop into a "flat rate" envelope if it weighs/costs more than just sending the mailing envelope. This sample has three mats inside. If someone only ordered one picture it would probably cost less than a flat rate envelope. I need to check if the mailing envelope can go faster like priority.
