Don weighed about 155 pounds. Lois weighed 120 pounds.
May 2007

We started our new programs in June.
Don started June 13, 2007. He weighed about 302 pounds.

Lois started about June 20th. She weighed 235 pounds.
She started because there was finally someone
to loose weight with. She thought it would
be more fun, and obviously good for
her health.
